Pigment Vehicle is a strangely eclectic noisy combo, that hails from Victoria, BC, Canada. They started in 1988 following in the footsteps of No Means No. They combine jazz, punk, harmony and mayhem in a totally unwholesome mixture. Great chops, combined with very arrested social sensibilities. Not for the normal minded.
